i see waves…
or something
crazy storm clouds coming over the sea to rain on me in my little house

dunno if it was the easterlies blowing smog from all of europe over our way consistently for weeks on end, just the clouds, or whatever; but the air was great for making shafty light when the sun shone through the clouds and i took billions of photos of the sky… this was my fave

I went here yesterday………. deeeeeeeelish architektur.
I was loving life.
Had both my cameras out snapping away…. then I got to the desk inside and the man said:
“Er
I’m very sorry but you can’t take them in here…”
hahahaha i must have looked so disappointed because he swiftly followed with:
“But in other galleries in Munich you can! And are you a student? You can have a free audio guide!”

breakfast in dartmouth
dahlia’s are my favourite and my best… yikes – look at it! so beautiful, and the little ones remind me of brains, they feel so weird!
these were on the table at a deeeelish little café in dartmouth, great place for breakfasting and hanging out with my loves.
did you ever read ‘the man’ by raymond brigg’s, i can’t help but think of it every time i see frank cooper’s oxford marmalade
last weekend has definitely gone down as one of my more surreal ones
i somehow ended up in henley at the leander club, photographing albi and his mum rowing with sir steve redgrave and matthew pincent and four others as the result of some charity auction, swiftly followed by a surprise 70th birthday lunch, after which two adorable little dutch children traipsed sleepily amongst the tables showing off 9 gold medals between them

then, i was off to oxford, wandering the streets in my formal lunch attire and heels, sporting my fathers old pentax k1000 (excited about those photos getting developed – oxford was very photogenic) had the most amazing thai food in one of oxford’s oldest buildings – best pad thai everrrrrr – yummm. and on sunday i wound up on in some woodlands in oxfordshire, blowing giant bubbles and swinging on swings in the middle of nowhere and had to get a 45 minute bus back to oxford with my friend nick dressed entirely in white (including chef’s whites and builders hard hat) carrying a guitar while we walked to atomic burger and at scooby snacks and refried beans and burger
mental

went for a lot of cold and wintry walks over the easter break
this was a particularly clear day – skies and river – at watersmeet, near lynmouth, and me and my pops had a very pretty colourful walk.
i took this photo on an iphone3, it doesn’t do it justice, but it still shows a bit of the dreamy-woodlandness

i woke up to a good covering of about 2cm of snow yesterday morning, swiftly followed by beautiful sunshine, and then sun and surf today! yesssssssssss – happy sunny easter ladies and gents!!
here is putsborough beach and baggy point looking luscious enough to tempt anyone outside
